Understanding Female Biology in Midlife
An intimate education and embodied pilot workshop for women aged 40–55
Many women reach midlife still training, still eating well, and still doing what once worked — yet their body feels more reactive, more fatigued, and less predictable.
This is not a failure of discipline.
It is a change in biological context.
This intimate pilot workshop is designed to explain what is actually changing in the female body during midlife — and how to respond appropriately through training, nutrition, and recovery.
What this workshop is
This is not a workout, a challenge, or a quick fix.
It is an educational and embodied experience designed to help women understand how strength, metabolism, hormones, and the nervous system interact during midlife — and how to work with the body rather than against it.
What you’ll gain
By attending, you will:
Understand why certain approaches stop working after 40
Learn how stress and recovery capacity change in midlife
See why strength becomes a protective health intervention
Experience what appropriate input feels like in your body
Leave with clarity, not confusion
No promises. No outcomes. Just orientation.
The format
Small, in-person pilot group
Education + guided embodied experience
Calm, supportive environment
Time for reflection and integration
This workshop is intentionally limited to preserve depth, safety, and discussion.
Who this is for
This workshop is for intelligent, health-aware women aged 40–55 who want to understand what their body is responding to — and are ready for clarity rather than noise.
About the facilitator
Kerrie Lombo is the founder of the Female Body Sovereignty™ Health & Longevity Framework, translating female biology into practical, liveable decisions for women in midlife.
This pilot workshop represents the first in-person application of that framework.
Closing
This workshop is part of a larger body of work currently being formalised.
There is no pressure to continue into anything else.
This is about understanding first.
