With over 25 years in strength & conditioning, functional nutrition, hormonal health, and behavioural coaching, I specialise in systems-based physiology.

I look at the whole system — not isolated symptoms.

Rather than chasing fatigue, weight changes, digestive issues, hormonal symptoms, or poor recovery individually, I assess how your physiology is interacting across six core domains:
