I am Kerrie Lombo.
I coach women in midlife through strength, nutrition, hormonal transition, and identity—not from trends or templates, but from biology, experience, and truth.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist, Life Coach, and Women’s Hormone Health Practitioner. I have trained bodies, coached minds, and studied physiology long enough to know when something no longer makes sense—and when the system itself needs to change.
My Point of View
Most women in their 40s and 50s are not failing.
They are applying outdated rules to a changing biological landscape.
Midlife is not a motivation problem.
It is not a discipline problem.
It is not a “try harder” problem.
It is a context shift—hormonally, metabolically, neurologically, and structurally.
Yet women are still being told to eat less, train harder, push through fatigue, and override their bodies. When this inevitably stops working, the woman is blamed.
I reject that narrative.
The female body in midlife does not need controlling.
It needs understanding.
Why Body and Soul Coaching Exists
Body and Soul Coaching was created because women deserve a health framework built for them, not adapted from male physiology or performance culture.
Through decades of hands-on coaching, advanced education, and lived experience, I recognised a gap: there was no integrated, female-first standard that explained how strength, metabolism, hormones, and the nervous system actually interact during perimenopause and menopause.
So I built one.
My Work
I am the creator of the Female Body Sovereignty™ Health & Longevity Framework—a clinically informed, education-led approach that teaches women how to work with their biology rather than fight it.
This work is not about quick fixes, challenges, or rigid plans.
It is about:
Understanding symptoms as biological signals
Training for strength, not depletion
Fuelling for metabolic stability, not restriction
Respecting the nervous system as the gatekeeper of change
Preserving muscle, bone, confidence, and identity through midlife
The goal is not dependency on programs.
The goal is biological literacy and self-trust.

Muscle, bone, and connective tissue as foundations for longevity and independence

Energy availability, blood sugar regulation, inflammation control, and recovery

These systems are inseparable.

Who I Work With
I work with intelligent, self-aware women aged 40–55 who are done with confusion and ready for clarity.
Women who sense that something deeper is happening in their bodies—and want a coach who can explain it, not dismiss it.
I also work with future educators and practitioners who understand that women’s health needs a new standard—one that can be taught, shared, and carried forward.
