I am a Functional Physiology Specialist.
I work with individuals who feel like their body is no longer responding the way it once did — sleep is disrupted, energy is inconsistent, weight is shifting, digestion feels unpredictable, recovery is slower, stress tolerance is reduced.
They’ve been told their labs are “normal.”
They’ve been offered prescriptions.
They’ve been given surface-level advice.
But something still doesn’t make sense.
That’s where I work.
Not from trends.
Not from templates.
Not from borrowed protocols.
From physiology.
From pattern recognition.
From systems thinking.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked across strength & conditioning, functional nutrition, metabolism, hormonal health, and behavioural change.
I’ve trained bodies.
I’ve coached minds.
I’ve studied physiology long enough to know when the advice no longer fits — and when the system itself needs to be examined.
People are not failing.
Their physiology is adapting to stress, depletion, hormonal shifts, and life load.
And adaptation without understanding eventually feels like dysfunction.
My Point of View
Most people are not struggling because they lack discipline.
They are applying isolated solutions to interconnected systems.
Sleep affects hunger.
Hunger affects energy.
Energy affects recovery.
Recovery affects stress tolerance.
Stress affects everything.
Yet most approaches treat these in isolation.
Eat less.
Train harder.
Take this supplement.
Start this medication.
When it stops working, the person is blamed.
I reject that narrative.
The human body does not need controlling.
It needs understanding.
Why Body and Soul Coaching Exists
Body and Soul Coaching exists to provide a whole-system approach to human physiology.
Not male physiology adapted to women.
Not performance culture adapted to midlife.
Not symptom management without context.
But a structured framework that examines how:

And structural integrity interact in real life.
Medication has a place. But physiology deserves to be understood first.

I use a very important TOOL called the “SHREDS Method” — a systems-based framework that identifies why the body is struggling by analysing six core physiological domains:
Sleep
Hunger
Recovery
Energy
Digestion
Stress
These are not random complaints. They are system signals.
When assessed together, patterns emerge.
When patterns emerge, intervention becomes precise.
This work is not about quick fixes.
Not about rigid protocols.
Not about dependency.
It is about biological literacy.
Understanding before intervention.
Correction before escalation.
Resilience before restriction.

The SHREDS Method stands on six integrated systems:
Sleep Architecture
Circadian rhythm, cortisol timing, blood glucose stability.
Hunger & Metabolic Regulation
Insulin sensitivity, leptin signalling, nutrient adequacy.
Recovery Capacity
Mitochondrial output, iron status, inflammatory load.
Energy Production
Thyroid function, oxygen delivery, cellular efficiency.
Digestion & Absorption

Who I Work With
