Our daily sessions 5pm-5.45pm and 5.45pm-6.30pm consist of resistance training and conditioning and cardio sessions. ROM (range of movement) helps throughout our lives as we get older. Resistance training helps our bone density and may prevent us from suffering osteoarthritis at an early age (mostly women) and movement can alleviate most pain and suffering whilst increasing fitness levels for our cardiovascular conditioning.

Silver (Cardio)

$65 a week

Weekly Plan for 5.45pm-6.30pm sessions only

Our daily sessions 5.45pm-6.30pm consist of cardio only. Cardio is a great way to increase our fitness levels for our cardiovascular conditioning. This may include some boxing in some sessions which improves fitness levels greater and eye and hand co-ordination.
