  • Weekly updated meal plan template

  • Based on what is required for the clients needs

  • No check-ins, just plan delivery via email or app

Perfect for existing training clients who just need nutrition direction.

🌿 Tier 2 – Guided Programming: $55–$75/week (minimum 12 weeks)

Includes:

  • Weekly tailored food plan + grocery list

  • 1x short check-in or feedback review

  • Adjustments based on progress (biofeedback, hunger, energy, etc.)

  • Email or in-app support

Ideal for women in perimenopause who want structure with light accountability.

💪 Tier 3 – Premium Coaching: $75–$95/week (minimum 12 weeks)

Includes:

  • Fully customised functional nutrition program

  • Weekly check-ins or Zoom reviews

  • Data tracking (weight, photos, energy, stress, sleep)

  • Supplement + lifestyle guidance

  • Habit and mindset support (“Mindset Reboot” integration)

Ideal for clients wanting to take the guess work out of meal preparation.
